Today, this tool is of extreme importance for several branches, including for the Brazilian Judiciary. There are many questions about the possibility of AI replacing human labor within the jurisdictional sphere, thus contributing to the efficiency of the Judiciary. The objective of this work is to present this technology, to identify its main impacts on the Judiciary Power, and also to study about the regulation of the use of this tool by the National Council of Justice. This research also aims to contribute with some more detailed information about the technological reality of some organs of the Judiciary, as well as its application and implications in the judicial sphere.
