To highlight the importance of applying the automation procedures and methods correctly, a literature review was carried out regarding the history and evolution of the PLC's, as well as the importance of an effective programming in the item operating safety, startup and stopping of the machine. This project aims to implement automation and control of the extractor through integration with plant instrumentation, through controller programming, an Allen Bradley CompactLogix 1769-L33ER PLC, using Rockwell Studio 5000 Logix Designer software, and the supervisory development approaching the knowledge in P&ID flowcharts using FactoryTalk View Studio software, as well as the supervisory implementation in a remote administration station and in a local operator station and also the implementation of PID’s controls. The programming languages to be used will be ladder and function block diagrams provided by the PLC manufacturer.pt-BREngenharia ElétricaAutomação e controleExtração de óleo de sojaProgramaçãoProjeto e implementação da automação e controle de um extrator de óleo de soja 2000 toneladas por dia por meio de CLP e software supervisórioTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
