The study explores how technological advances and socioeconomic changes influence the organization of work, highlighting the challenges of regulation to ensure the protection of the rights of remote workers. Among the main topics addressed, the risks to health and safety in teleworking stand out, such as ergonomic problems and psychological well-being. The role of the employer in offering adequate support and policies that guarantee the right to disconnect is essential to avoid overload. It reinforces the need for organizations to adapt to new work realities, with the creation of standards that protect the rights of remote workers, promoting a balanced and safe work environment.
