The purpose of this work is to demonstrate how the virtual mechanisms significantly assist on conflict resolution methods, such as conciliation and mediation. The online platform presents practicality and agility in this ambit, in order to promote a less emotional wear, with the possibility of an effective and speedy agreement. The incentive by the law professionals is of fundamental character for the success in the disputes’ resolution, being the fundamental legal advisors, since they can offer all the support, such as legal parameters and indications of which procedure among those provided by the Multiportas System must be adopted by the parts.
