Physiotherapeutic treatment becomes a good alternative, because in addition to bringing results and improving pelvic strengthening, it is less expensive than a surgical procedure. Vesical Hyperactivity (HV) has as its main characteristic the urinary urgency associated or not with urinary incontinence, nocturnal enuresis, recurrent urinary infections. One of the main causes of the development of HV is old age. Based on the literature review on this topic, the main objective of this research is to analyze the effects of kinesiotherapy and posterior tibial nerve stimulation on bladder hyperactivity in elderly women na to evaluate how beneficial these methods can be, associated or not. In this attempt, almost experimental, exploratory descriptive methodology was used, with a qualitative approach. Exploratory descriptive quase-experimental type, with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study had the participation of 12 women aged between sixty and eighty-five years old, who were divided into two groups: six participants in Group 1(Kinesiotherapy/posterior tibial nerve Stimulation) and six participants in Group 2(Stimulation of the posterior tibial nerve). The participants performed the tests: Pad Test, King’s Health Questionnaire (KHQ) and the Ortiz scale. During the research, the participants werw monitored in order to achieve the proposed objective and validate the research hypotheses. It was concluded that the most successful methos in the treatment of VH was stimulation of the posterior tibial nerve combined with kinesiotherapypt-BRFisioterapiaIncontinência urináriaCinesioterapiaEstimulação do nervo tibial posteriorAnálise de dois métodos de tratamento fisioterapêutico na hiperatividade vesical em idosasTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
