The motivation for this research arises from the need to address a topic that is little discussed both in the community and in the Pedagogy course. The main purpose is to raise awareness and amplify the voice of educators who are often neglected. The work was conducted through field research, the methodology involved the application of an anonymous online questionnaire via Google Forms, containing five questions relevant to the topic. After data collection, the results were analyzed and described, through the thematic analysis proposed by Bardin (2010) with the main ideas and emerging reflections, emphasizing the educators' perceptions.
