In addition, an attempt was made to bring a historical approach to victimology, which will also include the definition of criminal victimology, victimization and its classification, as well as the analysis of the victim's place in criminal science. The entire study is based on solving the problem that consists of the possibility of inverting the role of the victim in crime, bringing a balanced position, placing the victim at the center of the crime, respecting all their rights and guarantees.
