Sartori, Giana Lisa ZanardoLoock, Stéfane2024-03-182024-03-182023https://repositorio.uricer.edu.br/handle/35974/657Parental alienation is a phenomenon in which one parent, often deliberately and harmfully, manipulates a child's mind to separate them from the other parent. This behavior is harmful to the child's development and the relationship with both parents. Shared custody emerges as a legal and psychosocial strategy to combat this problem and promote the child's well-being. It is considered a custody arrangement in which both parents have equally shared legal authority and parental responsibility over their children. This means that both parties are involved in important decisions relating to the child's education, health and well-being, providing them with a stable and ongoing structure. Parental alienation occurs when one parent attempts to negatively influence the child's perception of the other parent, create false allegations, or prevent the child from accessing the target parent. This research will explore how joint custody arrangements can be an effective tool for preventing and combating parental alienation and the positive impact these custody arrangements can have on the development and well-being of the children involved. Additionally, this study will examine the effectiveness of legal sanctions as a means of preventing isolating behaviors and promoting healthy parent-child relationships. The method used was inductive, descriptive analytical, through the bibliographic research technique.pt-BRDireitoAlienação parentalGuarda compartilhadaDivórcioGuarda compartilhada como mecanismo de combate à alienação parentalTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
