This practice has been growing every day, not only in Brazil but also in the rest of the world, although there are efficient mechanisms to combat this type of conduct, we have recently come across a case that shocked the world in 2014, at the Winter Olympics in Sochi , in Russia, where a system was developed to circumvent the anti-doping testing system. It should be noted that our legal system does not provide for any sanction in another sphere, except the sports, that is, all athletes caught in the doping test, their punishment is restricted only to the sports environment, not opening precepts to another type of penalty on different spheres. When we make a comparison with the legal system of other countries we may observe a certain intolerance regarding the use of substance that are considered prohibited during competitions, or even in preparation for them. Therefore, the study that aims to address the possibility of criminal liability in cases of doping occurred in sports law is justified.pt-BRDireitoResponsabilização penalDopingDireito penal e direito desportivo: doping e sua responsabilizaçãoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
