Mignoni, AndréaFranke, Matheus Germano2024-03-072024-03-072022https://repositorio.uricer.edu.br/handle/35974/618The present study, inspired by public law interventions, investigates the execution processes, in order to be seen under a panorama that observes its promptness and competence, in addition to exploring - if there is - the support of the digital systems used in order to improve such a process. The research problem reports the questioning about whether the virtual systems used by the Judiciary are effective in the execution actions and/or enforcement of sentences. Furthermore, it considers the historical process of civil enforcement, in addition to exploring certain types of enforcement and the principles applied to it. It also investigates whether the attachment and cybernetic means are, in fact, suitable in the effectiveness of execution and/or compliance with the verdict. Using bibliographic and documental research, according to the inductive method of approach and analytical-descriptive regarding the procedure, the treated content exposes the existence of an overload of actions in the Brazilian Judiciary System, delaying the objective of readiness and effectiveness, which are the main purposes of enforcement actions.pt-BRDireitoAções de execuçãoInteligência artificialA inteligência artificial e os meios digitais como ferramenta de efetivação nas ações de execução por quantia certaTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
