This transformation has brought with it a number of legal issues that require a careful and adaptive approach. The objective is to list how the application of labor rights to athletes at different levels of Brazilian football occurs in practice, in the light of the Principle of Equality, due to the differentiation of treatment to football clubs. This work presents an analysis based on historical evolution, labor laws and the principle of equality to try to identify the reasons for the existence of this disparity and what are the possible ways to achieve equality of rights. It was found that there are extremely relevant reasons for such non-compliance with rights, but that there are also several ways to seek more balance. From this result we can conclude that achieving equal pay in Brazilian football is a challenge that will require time, cooperation between all parties involved and a genuine commitment to justice and equity in the sporting sphere. However, the dividends of a more egalitarian system extend beyond the four lines, contributing to the long-term sustainability of football in Brazil and promoting greater inclusion and opportunities for all actors linked to this sport.pt-BRDireitoDireitos trabalhistasIgualdadeFutebolAplicação dos direitos trabalhistas previstos para jogadores de futebol de times em diferentes níveis: uma análise à luz do princípio da igualdadeTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
