Its main objective is to understand the transferability of virtual assets and demonstrate the need for specific regulation, analyzing the bills that are being processed in the National Congress and proposing specific regulation of digital legal assets. It is worth noting that the research uses the inductive approach method, starting from the premise of observing the current legal framework, as well as investigating the need for legislative adaptation and innovation to bring more legal certainty to the transfer of virtual assets. It also presents the descriptive analytical procedure method, in which the current Brazilian legislation will be explored, as well as bills, doctrines and scientific articles in order to achieve the objective. Finally, the choice of the topic is justified due to its recent theme and numerous doctrinal, jurisprudential and legislative divergences in the National Congress. It is worth adding that digital inheritance is of great relevance for society and also for the field of Law, because, in a period where the population is increasingly inserted in the digital environment, transmitting personal information and monetizing social networks, it is necessary to have control over how the succession of the digital assets obtained will be carried out, and under what terms this will be done.pt-BRDireitoDireito sucessórioHerança digitalO direito sucessório aos bens digitais: o arcabouço legal e a necessidade de uma legislação específicaTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
