The increase in the demand for information through virtual media, and the lack of specific legislation for the dissemination of electoral propaganda on the Internet, created a challenge for the Electoral Justice, which needed to update and expand the possibilities of using online platforms during the electoral period. Such changes were of total importance for the latest news, and without a doubt, brought parameters for the proper use of virtual space. For conducting this research, the method used was the inductive one, consisting of the observation of facts and cases to reach a general conclusion.
