To goal success in this profession, the players are put at intense rotines of training and pushed for results, exposing they to stress. For consist in a condition of tension provoked by biopsychosocial factors that results in fisiologic changes, the stress prepare the person to face situations of tension, working as a adaptative answer. The present study had the objetive about a juridic analises of the follow of the laws by the Club of Soccer in the accommodations. This research counted with the participation of 21 professional players, splitted in clubs of various brazilian States and all above age. Existentialy, the individual experiencies penetrate themselves configuring the perception of the players. All the questions got synchrony about the athleats answers, all the athleats say that the club is the mainly responsable for the player of base category that lay in accommodation. 61,9% of the amostration afirmed that lived in the accommodations of the clubs by your own choice. The survey given by the players suggests the needing of lectures or workshops for clarify to the families and the athleats about various questions aborded in this survey. The inductive method was used as a method of approach, through the technique of bibliographic and documentary research, analyzing scientific articles, sports legislation and the federal constitution of Brazil, as well as using, as a method of procedure, the analytical- descriptive.pt-BRDireitoLegislação - EsporteTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
