In affirmative case, will be enlightened about the quantum of compensation in cases of RSI both before and after labor reform. For the realization of the study, it was used the inductive, analytical and descriptive method, and as a technique the bibliographic and documentar research. The proposed theme is of great relevance, since it is essential for workers to be aware of their rights if they are victims of repetitive strain injuries.
