The research problem dealt with how the application and stabilization of provisional tutelage occurs in family conflicts. The study attempted to understand family conflicts, the constitutional principles that underpin the rights and duties within the family. Subsequently, the types of tutelage and the procedure of provisional tutelage were dealt with, whose objective is to make the procedural course more effective and with less time in effecting the jurisdictional provision. The differences between the tutelage and its species, its aspects, requirements were emphasized, in order to apply the most appropriate tutelage to each specific case that is presented to the court. For this, bibliographical and documentary research was carried out, using doctrine and jurisprudence, through the analytical-descriptive method. It was possible to perceive that the tutelage applied to family conflicts can be effective and allow their stabilization in family relationships, especially in issues involving conflicts such as custody of children, discussions about affiliation and alimony.pt-BRDireitoTutela provisóriaTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
