The proposed project aims to solve problems with the storage of feed in silos of an industry, which has ineffective automation. The elaboration of this work originated with the study of the real problem in the storage of feed, and, from the problems raised in loco, an analysis and research of the technically viable solutions for the development and application of efficient automation, aiming at the improvement of the operational performance of this industry. In this way, measurements of the real silo were collected to specify the technical characteristics, and, therefore, to assemble a reduced-scale prototype for testing and validating the interface that will be developed, as well as determining the variables to be manipulated. for this project. In addition, the sensors and actuators that will be used for testing the prototype and those that can be applied in loco were defined, including the establishment of a platform for the development of codes with an interface with the embedded system, promoting integration with the fabrication of a printed circuit board, with a graphical interface via Wi-Fi in a mobile and web application developed for this application, for viewing and decision-making on sensor readings in real time transmitted by the microcontroller, being tested and validated in the prototype. For the application of this work, the necessary materials for carrying out the test on the prototype and for future application in loco were budgeted. Finally, in view of the development of this project, the results obtained are satisfactory, achieving success in monitoring variables of temperature, humidity, gas and distance, through the sensors installed in the prototype, with an embedded system soldered on a printed circuit board, with communication via Wi-Fi and real-time visualization of sensor readings on the mobile and web application.pt-BREngenharia ElétricaAutomaçãoInternet das coisasIndústria 4.0Automação e controle de silo aplicando internet das coisasTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
