The theme is not recent and it can be compared with the new models of management implanted in many companies, such as, credit cooperatives. Through books and publications about the theme, it aims, specially, to know the Management by Goals through the presentation of conceptual aspects and also to compare management models and how it can contribute to the improvement of the credit cooperatives, such as, Unicred Erechim. Bibliographic and theoretical, the research has data treatment with qualitative approach, aiming to investigate the facts and their relation with the theme. The study concluded that the Management by Goals is the foundation of any way of management, including the one Unicred Erechim uses and the success to reach the organizational goals wanted will be the work of the good implementation of the successful good strategies, which help the manager to dislocate, relocate, adjust and reconcile systematic and intensive the organizational founds and the essential competences, seizing the emerging opportunities in the business environment and neutralizing the risks and contingents that come forward.pt-BRAdministraçãoGestãoCooperativismoCréditoAdministração por objetivos: Unicred Erechim um estudo de casoArtigo Científico
