In order to investigate the relation between the organizational culture and the resulting changes in the business environment, a study was carried out in a small industry in the plastic sector. Theoretically, this is a case study and the methodology used is an exploratory research analysis with a qualitative approach. The data used in this work was collected from two basic sources: semi-structured interviews and literary works and articles, in order to handle the needs of the research.
