The objective of this work is to analyze the (in)effectiveness of the Rural Holding in agribusiness. This time, there is the following guiding question for the present work: What are the tax and patrimonial advantages and disadvantages of the holding company in agribusiness? The method adopted for the development of this study was a literature search. The procedure for data collection was the search in digital databases, which provide empirical studies and literature review on the topic addressed in the present study.
