The research discusses the importance of ensuring the right to education in adverse conditions, as well as the pedagogue's role in promoting continuity of learning, psychological well-being, and social inclusion for these individuals. Through a theoretical and documental approach, the study analyzes concepts of hospital pedagogy, relevant legislation, and pedagogical practices that can be implemented in this context. The study seeks to demonstrate how the presence of the pedagogue in the hospital setting contributes to humanizing the hospitalization experience, fostering resilience and maintaining educational and social bonds.
