Ronchetti, RamiroSchneider, Amanda Peracchi2024-06-112024-06-112024https://repositorio.uricer.edu.br/handle/35974/711Schizophrenia is a serious psychiatric disorder that usually begins in late adolescence or early adulthood, and it is preceded by a premorbid personality. However, the diagnosis is usually made after the first psychotic episode, which is a traumatic neurological event that can be triggered by potentially crisis-generating situations. Therefore, this research seeks to analyze the premorbid personality and the triggers of the first psychotic episode in users of Psychosocial Attention Center II in Erechim, Rio Grande do Sul, diagnosed with schizophrenia. For this, 16 people aged between 33 and 70 years old of both sexes participated in the study. The research was carried out with the application of forms, which were analyzed, organized and presented in the form of tables and graphs, associated with descriptive analysis. Thus, this research is classified as observational, of cross-sectional and retrospective nature, with a descriptive objective and a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach. It was found that, even though most of the interviewees had presented particularities in the premorbid personality, all of them had gone through some uncomfortable situation shortly before the first psychotic episode, as well as all of them had experienced psychosis, this did not provide them with early care added to its benefits.pt-BRMedicinaEsquizofreniaPsicosePré-morbidoPrimeiro surto psicótico: desencadeantes e demais fatores associados, em usuários de CAPS II no município de Erechim, Rio Grande do SulFirst psychotic episode: triggering and other associated factors in users of Psychosocial Attention Center II in the city of Erechim, Rio Grande do Sul stateTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
