Mentioning its relevance to the Criminal Procedure and how also referring to its characteristics. Conducts the main study to the Jury Court, briefly summarizing its history, principles and procedure. Having as a debate, the possible existence or not of the principle of arms parity in the Jury Court. It also describes the crimes within the jurisdiction of the Jury Court, classifying them based on their provisions. At the end, with the completion of the study, the inexistence of parity of arms in the Jury Court is indicated, under aspects that demonstrate violations of fundamental principles. Ending with the mention of the consequences of (dis)parity of weapons in the Jury Court.
