It deals with the historical line of education in Brazil from the arrival of the Portuguese to the present day, showing what were the mistakes and successes in this trajectory, as well as the impact of education on the evolution of a citizen. It approaches the Constituição Federal em Miúdos, explaining how it treats Brazilian legislation in a more simplified way for the understanding of young people from the age of 12, which bills already exist to implement their study in schools, and in what way can impact Brazilian society and its future generations. In the end, a case study is made, where the opinions of elementary school teachers and academics from Law, Psychology, and Pedagogy courses are analyzed. The choice of theme was motivated by the moments we are currently experiencing, in which the will of the population is observed to position itself on rights and duty, however, often due to misinformation, lack of knowledge, and lack of interest in seeking the reality of the norms, they end up presenting, and I try to access erroneous information. Thus, bearing in mind that education is the basis for the evolution of the individual as a citizen and that for the formation of his citizenship he has the right to know his duties and rights, it was seen in the application of the study of the Federal Constitution in Miúdos in schools, the possibility of transforming the critical thinking of Brazilians and of being able to change certain situations that we witness daily due to the lack of knowledge of the country's regiment, from elementary school to high school. In this sense, forms, possibilities, and obstacles that would be faced for the application of the referred study in schools were analyzed, and what would be its importance for the development of the country.pt-BRDireitoConstituição FederalTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
