The objective of the work developed is to demonstrate or not the possibility of equating this conduct with human trafficking. It exposed the history of football with its origins to the present day, the view on enticement and punishments applied to clubs. The legislation used to combat trafficking in international personnel is shown, as well as the history of trafficking in persons in Brazil and the legislative evolution for combating trafficking in persons in the country. In addition, real cases occurred in the world were shown and, thus, the possibility of equating the enticement of players to human trafficking, in addition to the variations, some jurisprudence was demonstrated demonstrating the understanding of Brazilian courts.
