However, if approached from a logic of clash and violence can promote, in addition to more conflicts, serious violations of the recognition of human rights in interpersonal relationships. Such conditions also manifest in the school environment. However, due to the sensitivity of this space, because it is a space for the moral formation of individuals, mechanisms are needed to strengthen the recognition of human rights, avoiding the occurrence of conflicts. In this sense, this research aims to propose transformative mediation as a tool for the recognition of human rights in school conflicts. The proposal is justified because of the emancipating character and respect for the other individual that transformative mediation concretizes.
