Mignoni, Marcelo LuisBordin, Iemedelais2021-02-242021-02-242020http://repositorio.uricer.edu.br/handle/35974/283The present study aimed at the synthesis of mesoporous materials modified with the niobium transition metal, in different molar ratios (mol/mol). For this, an ionic surfactant was used, this being 1-tetradecyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride [C14MI]Cl, in order to target the pores of the desired materials. During the study, the synthesis route was evaluated in order to find the best performance of the material to later apply it to enzymatic immobilization with the enzyme CalB. Studies show the effectiveness of incorporating metals in synthesis of mesoporous materials, which are called "redox sieves". The metal chosen for the synthesis is considered abundant in Brazil, it has properties considered good for catalysis, in addition, it is a material still little explored, which encourages a better knowledge of its qualities. After syntheses were made with different Si/Nb molar ratios, the materials were analyzed for knowledge of their structure and morphology and then two of these synthesized materials were chosen to apply them to enzymatic immobilization, being MCM-48 ratio Silicon/Niobium equal to 20 and MCM-41 with the same ratio as previously mentioned. Finally, good results were obtained regarding the material and the application.pt-BREngenharia QuímicaNióbioMateriais mesoporososMCMLíquido iônicoMateriais mesoporosos do tipo Nb-MCM: síntese e utilização de derivados imobilizados enzimáticos em reações de esterificação do ácido oleicoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
