Living in society, means living with conflicting situations. On the basis of this new Resolution 125 of the National Council of Justice published in 2010, a public policy to implement more peaceful of full citizenship, many situations have changed in the legal environment. For a better understanding of this, the monograph presented the means of conflict resolution in force in the Brazilian legal system. Afterwards, it described the main aspects of systemic law, a practice developed in Brazil by the precursor judge of law, of the State of Bahia Sami Storch. This systemic practice in the judiciary has shown good results for all the parts, reducing demands and with higher rates than those of self-composition such as mediation. At the end, the Family Constellation method, developed by the German Philosopher and Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, was presented, an auxiliary practice that seeks to address the origin of the problem that generated conflict through the orders of love, so that it brings peace and tranquility in the conflict solution. It was realized that in addition to dealing with the conflicts, it promotes a release from the judiciary, the parts solve the conflict and recidivism ends up being minimal, as both constellations and mediation can be partners in the search for pacification in relationships. The method used was inductive, analytical and descriptive through the technique of bibliographic research.pt-BRDireitoConstelação familiarConflito familiarPráticas sistêmicas: autocomposição e as constelações familiaresTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
