The discussion starts from the observation of the prisoner's right of visit, discussing the importance of family life in this important period of reinsertion of the prisoner in society and asks who is this visit healthy, whether the visitor is visited or only this one, considering the precariousness of prisons and the limitations resulting from them, for visiting minors. The best interests of the child and adolescent are brought to the fore, to check whether living with their segregated relatives can be carried out safely or whether they are facing a form of humiliation and exposure of the little ones. In order to promote the analysis and development of the proposed theme, the study is divided into three moments: in the first chapter, the current legislation in the Brazilian legal system is addressed. The second chapter presents the situation found in prisons, the dangers to which minors who visit their relatives are exposed. Finally, the third chapter discusses the physical and psychological damage to which minors are vulnerable during this interaction with the prison system. The method used is inductive, through bibliographic and documentary research.pt-BRDireitoRessocializaçãoApenadoO cumprimento da pena e a ressocialização do apenado: reflexões acerca da visitação por crianças e adolescentesTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
