Characterized by intense physical contact and a high physical demand of the athlete, where a high incidence of injuries can be observed. This study aims to verify the incidence of musculoskeletal lesions and postural alterations in adolescents practicing futsal. The sample consisted of 12 athletes, with a mean age of 11 to 15 years. For the identification of musculoskeletal lesions as well as other variables such as the incidence of muscle, bone and ligament lesions, the Kroeff adapted questionnaire was used. The postural evaluation was performed by means of photos of the athletes, for the realization of the images the participants wore adequate dress, remaining standing and the photos were performed front, back and left side and right of the athlete, after the images were analyzed by the researcher through the evaluation form of the Clinical Physiotherapy School of URI-Erechim. The final data were analyzed and tabulated in Excel, for data treatment simple descriptive analysis was performed for mean and standard deviation.
