With the promulgation of the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure, consensual means of conflict resolution gained great prominence in the legal world, but restorative justice still depends on the legislature to discipline such an institute in the Penal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure. However, many projects have been implemented with a focus on restorative justice in the country, specifically in the city of Porto Alegre / RS, where restorative justice is used in CEJUSCs, in which in addition to resolving the roots of the conflict, it w orks with the parties, ie , victim, offender, and community, restoring respect. Restorative justice still provides for the establishment of restorative circles, where it can be both dealt with in the conflict itself, as well as the prevention of future controversies. The methodology used in this work was the qualitative bibliographic research, the approach method is inductive and the procedure method is analytical descriptive.pt-BRDireitoMediaçãoConflitoJustiça restaurativaMétodo consensualJustiça restaurativa: um novo caminho para a resolução de conflitos no ambiente escolarArtigo Científico
