The biggest challenge is to find ways to curb the practice of mobbing in companies, making it less painful for workers and more productive for companies. It is important to emphasize that there are several ways to identify this phenomenon, as it can be used inappropriately by opportunists and that is why it became known as the Moral Damage industry making it more difficult to identify who really suffers from this damage, since in Brazil it is considered a sin to be involved in this matter. Based on this study, we can understand that society is making great strides towards curbing the least favored worker, the one to whom he is obliged to submit in order not to lose his source of income and thus becomes an easy target for managers, employers, executive leaders and oppressors who go to great lengths in abusive capital-raising practices. In Brazil, there is a notable lack of a structure capable of assisting and supporting these victims in order to more accurately report the damage caused, what we have is an interpretation of professionals who are not in the health area as a whole, without knowledge technical with arguments and ideas already formed, which takes into account nothing more than the experience of everyday life. It is necessary a state intervention in this very serious matter, as the damage caused by harassment is enormous and in the vast majority of times irreversible. Thousands of workers are falling ill, due to the silent illness caused by psychological damage, leading to depression from deep depression to suicide or the death caused by its consequences. We need qualified people to care for these victims and also an effective inspection with companies, as a way to curb the damage and avoid unnecessary lawsuits.pt-BRDireitoAssédioMobbingDoença - TrabalhadorMobbing nas relações de trabalhoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
