The overall objective was to demonstrate whether there is precarious labor rights of health workers in employment relations due to outsourcing contracts. The methodology adopted was a bibliographic review, consisting of analysis of academic articles, books, dissertations, legislation, jurisprudence and other relevant documents. The research considered several empirical and doctrinal studies that discuss the effects of outsourcing in the health sector and its implications for the protection of workers. Work has been addressed investigating the impact of outsourcing in hospitals and health units, revealing issues related to occupational risk management, inequality of treatment between direct and outsourced employees, and the quality of services provided. The results indicate that outsourcing in the health sector may result in precarious working conditions, with reduced workers' rights and guarantees. It was noted that outsourced workers face more unstable conditions, lower wages, fewer benefits and higher risks to health and safety at work. The method used to carry out the research was inductive, with bibliographic, doctrinal, jurisprudential, legislative and monographic research.pt-BRDireitoDireito do trabalhoCondições de trabalhoTerceirizaçãoSetor da saúdeA terceirização como forma de precarização do trabalho dos profissionais da área da saúdeTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
