Furthermore, the limited exploration and minimal knowledge of this topic by a large part of society opened doors to the feasibility of developing a research project with an emphasis on disseminating knowledge on this subject. In the legal sphere, the social projects and actions promoted by MTG through its volunteer members comply with Article 1 of the Charter of Principles of this movement, being an exceptionally effective way of enforcing current legislation on the subject, present in Article 5 of our Magna Carta, in the Statute of the Elderly, in the Statute of Children and Adolescents, in an extrajudicial manner and providing the necessary social support that is known to be precarious on account of the State. Furthermore, the emotional abandonment, invisibility and social helplessness of the elderly, children and adolescents is a problem present in the daily life of our society, however, antagonistic to that found within the Gaúcha Traditions Centers. In this way, this project aims to express the importance of MTG, so that society identifies such urgent problems and, alongside the State, makes use of public policies and social initiatives that integrate the rich and abundant culture and tradition of this region. State to achieve the eradication of social problems of this nature. In addition to these gaps and problems that generated the opportunity for the project, there is the personal motivation of the author, member and active in the Gaúcho Traditionalist Movement - MTG, over the last 20 (twenty) years, as he holds representative positions in traditionalism, promoter of events and social actions, which are still perpetuated, and an undeniable admirer of all the rich cultural and social material rooted in the history of Rio Grande do Sul, which is extremely socially relevant for combating emotional abandonment, invisibility, and social helplessness elderly, children and adolescents.pt-BRDireitoTradicionalismoAmparo socialO papel do Movimento Tradicionalista Gaúcho - MTG no auxílio do Estado, como instrumento social garantidor de amparo e inclusão a idosos, crianças e adolescentesTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
