Resumo

O crescimento exponencial da utilização de inteligência artificial na área jurídica despertou o interesse por debater esse assunto academicamente. Hoje, essa ferramenta é de extrema importância para diversos ramos, inclusive para o Poder Judiciário brasileiro. Existem muitos questionamentos acerca da possibilidade de a IA substituir o trabalho humano dentro da esfera jurisdicional, contribuindo, assim, com a eficiência do Poder Judiciário. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar essa tecnologia, identificar seus principais impactos no Poder Judiciário, e, ainda, estudar acerca da regulamentação do uso dessa ferramenta pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça. Esta pesquisa visa, ainda, contribuir com algumas informações mais detalhadas sobre a realidade tecnológica de alguns órgãos do Poder Judiciário, bem como sua aplicação e implicação na esfera judicial. A metodologia utilizada para o desenvolvimento do presente trabalho se baseou em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, por meio dos métodos indutivo e analítico-descritivo.

Abstract/Resumen

The exponential growth in the use of artificial intelligence in the legal area has sparked interest in debating this issue academically. Today, this tool is of extreme importance for several branches, including for the Brazilian Judiciary. There are many questions about the possibility of AI replacing human labor within the jurisdictional sphere, thus contributing to the efficiency of the Judiciary. The objective of this work is to present this technology, to identify its main impacts on the Judiciary Power, and also to study about the regulation of the use of this tool by the National Council of Justice. This research also aims to contribute with some more detailed information about the technological reality of some organs of the Judiciary, as well as its application and implications in the judicial sphere. The methodology used for the development of this word was based on bibliographic and documentary research, though the inductive and analytical-descriptive methods.
