Abstract/Resumen
Moral harassment is one of the main factors in the manipulation of the professional environment, and in contemporary societies, there is a stimulus to competitiveness and individualism, which has been intensifying this practice even more. On the other hand, the concern of legislators, businessmen, and others with the identification, prevention and repression of moral harassment is clearly evident. In this sense, given the lack of existing regulations on the subject and the reality of labor relations, how could the practice of moral harassment by the employer be identified, curbed and repaired. To answer the question, bibliographic and documentary research techniques were used, as well as an inductive approach and an analytical-descriptive procedure.
