Resumo

Percebendo-se as dúvidas que os agricultores têm no momento de testar seus bens, venho por meio desta pesquisa, com o tema (In) eficácia da Holding Rural no Agronegócio, trazer o esclarecimento necessário, explanando as vantagens e desvantagens de abrir essa empresa familiar. O trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a (in) eficácia do Holding rural no agronegócio. Desta feita se tem a seguinte questão norteadora do presente trabalho: Quais são vantagens e desvantagens tributárias e patrimoniais da holding no agronegócio? O método adotado para o desenvolvimento deste estudo foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica. O procedimento para acoleta de dados foi a busca em banco de dados digitais, os quais disponibilizam estudo empíricos e de revisão de literatura sobre o tema abordado no presente estudo. Ao final deste trabalho, fica evidente o entendimento de que o agronegócio desempenha um papel importante na sociedade e é responsável por grande parte da economia brasileira, de modo que o problema da evolução tecnológica ainda apresenta crescimento exponencial, implicando em inovações futuras.

Abstract/Resumen

Realizing the doubts that farmers have when testing their goods, I come through this research, with the theme (In)effectiveness of the Rural Holding in Agribusiness, to bring the necessary clarification, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of opening this family business. The objective of this work is to analyze the (in)effectiveness of the Rural Holding in agribusiness. This time, there is the following guiding question for the present work: What are the tax and patrimonial advantages and disadvantages of the holding company in agribusiness? The method adopted for the development of this study was a literature search. The procedure for data collection was the search in digital databases, which provide empirical studies and literature review on the topic addressed in the present study. At the end of this work, it is evident the understanding that agribusiness plays an important role in society and is responsible for a large part of the Brazilian economy, so that the problem of technological evolution still presents exponential growth, implying future innovations.
