Abstract/Resumen
From Normative Resolution No. 482/2012 of the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), published in April 2012, Distributed Generation (GD) has become of significant importance in the electricity market. The incentives given by the government and the Brazilian electricity regulator to consumers to generate their own energy, contributed to the fall in the costs of these technologies, thus making them more accessible. However, distributed generation may have some impacts on the electricity distribution network, since it may significantly influence the voltage level, among other things referring to the power quality. Thus, it is essential to analyze the impacts that distributed generation may have on the electricity distribution network. From this scenario, the present work proposes an analysis of the impacts on the quality of the voltage level in the low voltage electricity distribution network (BT) considering a system composed of residences, which have Photovoltaic Distributed Generation (GDF) connected to the network. To perform the analyzes, the power flow of a typical BT network without and with the gradual insertion of GDF was simulated using the Open Distribution System Simulator (OpenDSS) software. The results obtained through the simulations help to observe the impacts on the distribution system and on the power quality regarding the voltage level.
