| dc.description.abstract | For many of the best forms of leisure and one of the best therapies is traveling, discovering new places, new cultures, escaping the rush and stress of cities, as well as seeking or getting in touch with nature. The municipality of Machadinho is very popular with tourists looking for days of rest and leisure. The city has been receiving investments from the Municipal Government and businessmen who see Machadinho with great tourist potential. It has nine tourist attractions, including Thermas Machadinho, and a full schedule of events, consequently, the demand for vacation rentals has been growing in recent years. The existing hotel chain in the city does not meet the demand, and its structure leaves much to be desired. Thus, a new, pleasant, affordable, modern accommodation with sustainable objectives is necessary, designed to offer comfort and safety to guests. The accommodation chosen as a Guesthouse, even if it has a structural model based on the old tourism lodgings, can be accessed as an affordable alternative, meeting the needs of those seeking days of rest and leisure in the municipality. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Para muitos a melhor forma de lazer e uma das melhores terapias é viajar, conhecer novos lugares, novas culturas, escapar da correria e do estresse das cidades, além de buscar o contato com a natureza. O município de Machadinho é muito procurado por turistas que buscam dias de descanso e de lazer. A cidade vem recebendo investimentos do Poder Público Municipal e de empresários que veem Machadinho com grande potencial turístico. Conta com nove atrativos turísticos, entre eles o Thermas Machadinho, e uma agenda repleta de eventos, consequentemente a procura por aluguéis de veraneio vem crescendo nos últimos anos. A rede hoteleira existente na cidade não comporta a demanda, e sua estrutura deixa a desejar. Assim surge a necessidade de um novo local de hospedagem, agradável, acessível, moderno, com objetivos sustentáveis, planejado para oferecer conforto e segurança para os hóspedes. A hospedagem classificada como Pousada, mesmo tendo um modelo estrutural baseado nas antigas hospedagens de turismo, destaca-se como alternativa acessível, atendendo as necessidades de quem busca no município dias de descanso e lazer. | pt_BR |
