Resumo
A presente pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico buscou verificar a possibilidade de que o investimento na educação possa trazer benefícios à sociedade na questão de diminuir os índices de criminalidade pela forma de prevenção. A educação é de grande importância para a formação e desenvolvimento do ser humano, a escola é o primeiro momento de interação com outras pessoas, preparando a criança a viver em sociedade respeitando as regras impostas, por isso tão necessária a qualidade de educação oferecida. Trataremos de todo um contexto em torno do sistema judiciário penal e o poder do Estado em punir quem descumpre as leis. A criminologia tão importante em discussões relacionadas à pena o crime, criminoso, vítima e o fator controle social, onde se estudam as causas e consequências deste contexto e por isso importante estuda-la. Por fim chega-se ao debate central sobre os gastos públicos por meio de políticas públicas e resultados perante a educação o enfrentamento da criminalidade e segurança pública com finalidade de prevenção do crime. A pesquisa demonstra que o assunto é um novo ponto de vista que tem grande potencial de ser efetivo e eficaz no futuro, onde a criança e o jovem com acesso a uma educação de qualidade não se volte para o mundo do crime. O apoio da família, escola e sociedade em conjunto são essenciais para conseguir se chegar num resultado positivo perante a diminuição da criminalidade no futuro, munidos por políticas públicas educacionais. O estudo aqui proposto é de grande importância para o meio acadêmico e social. Compondo a metodologia deste estudo faz-se uso da técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, pelo método de abordagem indutivo e método de procedimento analítico descritivo.
Abstract/Resumen
The present research of bibliographic nature sought to verify the possibility that the investment in education can bring benefits to the society in the matter of reducing the crime rates through the form of prevention. Education is of great importance for the formation and development of the human being, school is the first moment of interaction with other people, preparing the child to live in society respecting the imposed rules, which is why the quality of education offered is so necessary. We will
deal with a whole context around the criminal justice system and the power of the State to punish those who break the laws. Criminology so important in discussions related to the penalty of crime, criminal, victim and the social control factor, where the causes and consequences of this context are studied and that is why it is important to study it. Finally, it comes to the central debate on public spending through public policies and results in relation to education, the confrontation of crime and public security with the purpose of preventing crime. Research shows that the subject is a new point of view that has great potential to be effective and efficient in the future, where children and young people with access to quality education do not turn to the world of crime. Support from family, school and society together are essential to achieve a positive result in the face of decreasing crime in the future, provided by public educational policies. The study proposed here is of great importance for the academic and social environment. Composing the methodology of this study, the bibliographic and documentary research technique is used, using the inductive approach method and the descriptive analytical procedure method.
