Resumo

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso teve como objetivo estudar a estrutura das criptomoedas a fim de encontrar uma alternativa jurídica para a sua regulamentação. A pesquisa se baseou completamente no bitcoin, criptomoeda pioneira no novo mundo eletrônico e com aceitação mundial. Desta forma, optou-se por uma perspectiva mais técnica aos critérios da sua modalidade, com o objetivo de tornar toda informação mais clara até mesmo para quem não é engenheiro de software e programador. Além disso, foram encontrados problemas chaves a um futuro controle das criptomoedas, tais como o recolhimento tributário, uma vez que esses sistemas são projetados para garantir o anonimato do proprietário e investidor. O método utilizado é o dedutivo e da pesquisa é a bibliográfica.

Abstract/Resumen

The present course conclusion work aimed to study the structure of cryptocurrencies in order to find a legal alternative to their regulation. The research was based entirely on bitcoin, a cryptocurrency that is a pioneer in the new electronic world and with worldwide acceptance. Thus, we opted for a more technical perspective to the criteria of its modality, with the objective of making all information clearer even for those who are not software engineers and programmers. In addition, key problems have been found to a future control of cryptocurrencies, such as tax collection since these systems are designed to ensure the anonymity of the owner and investor. The method used is deductive and the research is the bibliographic method.
