Resumo
O presente trabalho é uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter qualitativo. Este tipo de revisão tem por finalidade a busca e a síntese de pesquisas relevantes. Os artigos publicados no recorte temporal entre os anos de 2016 á 2021 tiveram como objetivo responder a seguinte pergunta de pesquisa: “como se da o processo de liderança da equipe de enfermagem no ambiente hospitalar?” Com a análise dos artigos preocupou-se em entender o perfil do líder da enfermagem no ambiente hospitalar e seu impacto sobre a equipe. Concluímos que após a pesquisa, o assunto liderança precisa ser mais discutido dentro das universidades e outras instituições, tendo a tamanha importância para o desempenho das atividades dos enfermeiros, para que possam se tornar bons líderes dentro do ambiente hospitalar.
Abstract/Resumen
The present work is a bibliographical review of a qualitative character. This type of review is intended to search for and synthesise relevant research. The articles published in the time frame between the years 2016 to 2021 aimed to answer the following research question: "how is the nursing team leadership process in the hospital environment?" With the analysis of the articles, the concern was to understand the profile of the nursing leader in the hospital environment and its impact on the team. We conclude that after the research, the subject of leadership needs to be discussed further within universities and other institutions, having such importance for the performance of nurses' activities, so that they can become good leaders within the hospital environment.
