Resumo

Dentre as tantas alterações trazidas pela nomeada Reforma Trabalhista - Lei nº 13.467, de 13 de julho de 2017 -, uma delas se refere ao teletrabalho, uma nova forma de trabalho flexível, decorrente das evoluções tecnológicas observadas nos últimos tempos. Com o desenvolvimento da informática e a introdução das telecomunicações nas relações de trabalho, o teletrabalho ganha cada vez mais espaço, transformando as tradicionais relações laborais. Pode ser conceituado como trabalho desenvolvido total ou parcialmente à distância, em lugar distinto da sede da empresa, com utilização prevalente das tecnologias de informática e telecomunicações. Com a atual reforma trabalhista se faz importante um estudo aprofundado sobre o conceito de teletrabalho, buscando uma visão atualizada e moderna do mesmo e as mudanças feitas pela Reforma Trabalhista. Este artigo de revisão pretende abordar as abrangências sobre o teletrabalho e as mudanças feitas pela Reforma Trabalhista.

Abstract/Resumen

Among the many changes brought by the so-called Labor Reform - Law 13467 of July 13, 2017 - one of them refers to teleworking, a new flexible way of working, due to technological developments observed in recent times. With the development of information technology and the introduction of telecommunications in working relationships, telecommuting gains more and more space, transforming the traditional labor relations. It can be conceptualized as work developed totally or partially at a distance, in a different place from the company headquarters, with prevalent use of information technology and telecommunications. With the current labor reform, it is important to study in depth the concept of telework, seeking an up-to-date and modern view of it and the changes made by the Labor Reform. This review article intends to address the scope of teleworking and the changes made by the Labor Reform.
