Resumo

Este trabalho propõe um estudo bibliográfico dos aspectos conceituais da Administração por Objetivos. A temática não é recente e por isso pode ser comparada com novos modelos de administração implantados nas diversas organizações, entre elas, cooperativas de crédito. Com base em livros e publicações sobre o tema, o objetivo geral é conhecer a Administração por Objetivos, visando também comparar modelos de gestão e como ela pode contribuir para aperfeiçoar a administração de cooperativas de crédito, como a Unicred Erechim. Bibliográfica e teórica, a pesquisa tem tratamento de dados com abordagem qualitativa, visando investigar os fatos e suas relações com o assunto. O estudo concluiu que a Administração por Objetivos é a base de qualquer forma de gestão, inclusive da praticada pela Unicred Erechim, e que o sucesso no alcance dos objetivos organizacionais almejados será função da implementação bem-sucedida de boas estratégias, que possibilitem o estrategista deslocar, realocar, ajustar, reconciliar de modo sistemático e intensivo os recursos organizacionais e as competências essenciais, aproveitando as oportunidades emergentes no ambiente de negócios e neutralizando as ameaças e contingências que surgem pela frente.

Abstract/Resumen

This work aims to create a bibliographic study of the conceptual aspects about Management by Goals and its contribution to Unicred Erechim management. The theme is not recent and it can be compared with the new models of management implanted in many companies, such as, credit cooperatives. Through books and publications about the theme, it aims, specially, to know the Management by Goals through the presentation of conceptual aspects and also to compare management models and how it can contribute to the improvement of the credit cooperatives, such as, Unicred Erechim. Bibliographic and theoretical, the research has data treatment with qualitative approach, aiming to investigate the facts and their relation with the theme. The study concluded that the Management by Goals is the foundation of any way of management, including the one Unicred Erechim uses and the success to reach the organizational goals wanted will be the work of the good implementation of the successful good strategies, which help the manager to dislocate, relocate, adjust and reconcile systematic and intensive the organizational founds and the essential competences, seizing the emerging opportunities in the business environment and neutralizing the risks and contingents that come forward.
