Resumo
O presente trabalho é um estudo sobre cultura e mudança organizacional. Com intuito de investigar a relação entre a cultura organizacional e as mudanças decorrentes no âmbito empresarial, foi realizado um estudo em uma indústria de pequeno porte do setor de plástico. Teoricamente, trata-se de um estudo de caso e a metodologia utilizada é uma pesquisa exploratória com abordagem qualitativa. Os dados utilizados neste trabalho foram coletados de duas fontes básicas: entrevistas semiestruturadas e obras literárias e artigos, a fim de atender às necessidades da pesquisa. Concluiu-se que o estudo da cultura organizacional é de grande valia e a cultura de proatividade dos proprietários é o principal elemento que influencia nas mudanças organizacionais da empresa estudada.
Resumo
The present work is a study about culture and organizational changing. In order to investigate the relation between the organizational culture and the resulting changes in the business environment, a study was carried out in a small industry in the plastic sector. Theoretically, this is a case study and the methodology used is an exploratory research analysis with a qualitative approach. The data used in this work was collected from two basic sources: semi-structured interviews and literary works and articles, in order to handle the needs of the research. It was concluded that the study of the organizational culture is of great value and the culture of proactivity of the owners is the main element that influences in the organizational changes of the studied company.
