No cenário atual em que as instituições financeiras se encontram há um grande crescimento na era digital, ou seja, influencia para que o cliente faça suas próprias transações e auto contrate seus próprios produtos e serviços no conforto de sua casa, trabalho... enfim onde estiver e quando pretender, através deste artigo vamos estudar até onde isto é viável, se é satisfatório para as Instituições financeiras e para os clientes e no que isso impacta nas relações banco versus cliente.

In the current scenario where financial institutions find themselves there is a great growth in the digital age, that is, influences the client to make their own transactions and self-contract their own products and services in the comfort of their home, work ... finally where Anytime and whenever you want, through this article we will study how far this is feasible, if it is satisfactory for financial institutions and clients and how it impacts on bank versus customer relationships.
